Exchanges or returns should be conducted at the branch that the original purchase was made from. Original receipt must be available.
The product must be in a sellable good condition and free of any damages.
Exchanges or return of purchased products must be within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Regrettably, food products including dry goods, canned products, fresh, cold, and frozen products cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving the premises unless expired, damaged, or under manufacturing defect. In such cases, we are committed to return the products on the same day of purchase.
Exchange or return of Mobiles, Pads, Laptops, Cameras, and accessories must be within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Defected or non-conforming light electronic items that include the following: CDs, flash memory, hard disk, headphones, loudspeakers, could be exchanged or returned within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Sanabel Al-Khair Charity Cards are not exchangeable nor returnable except in case of defects prohibiting beneficiaries from using the cards, all exchange or return should be conducted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Lingerie and Personal Care items and books cannot be returned or exchanged.
All exchanged or returned goods must be in their original sellable condition free of all tampering.
