By Iktissab you will gain some money that will be added to your Iktissab card as an account that you can benefit from in the future in all your Al Othaim Markets purchase either in wholesale or retail. Two riyal will be added for every 100 riyal of your purchases and that from the retail branches, and two riyal for every 1000 of your purchases from wholesale branches.

2- Is the clients required to pay fees in order to join Iktissab program?

Paying any fees is not required and the subscription is free.

3- What are the terms of joining Iktissab program?

There are no terms for joining the Iktissab program all clients are qualified for joining the program.

4- How can I get the Iktissab card?

Having the Iktissab card is very easy, you just have to go to the closest Othaim branch to you and ask for the card from the cashier.

5- When I can start benefiting from the card?

The benefit is Immediate so after receiving the card you will start the process of adding purchase and collecting money, but you have to visit our website www.othaimmarkets.com/iktissab or contact the calling center 920000702 and that for activating the card…note that in case it have not been activated the card will not be valid and you can't use it again.

6-What is the mechanism of collecting the earned funds?

When the client shops and then pay the price of the purchases in the cashier, he or she should show his Iktissab card in order to count the earned purchased and that before paying their bell either cash or by credit card.

7- What is the validity time of Iktissab card?

There is no specific validity time, because it’s a loyalty card for life long.

8- Is there a validity time for the earned purchases?

Yes there is a validity time for the earned purchases, it will end if it at least not used for 36 months from the buying day.

9- How can I benefit from the account in the Iktissab cards?

You can benefit from your account of earned purchases, by choosing purchases as you like from any branches of Othaim markets or other joining companies.

10- Is it possible to activate the card after stopping it?

Yes, it is possible to activate the card after stopping it and that by contacting the call center customer service and that to re-activate the card after knowing the reason of stopping it and fixing the problem.

11- In case of losing the card, how we can have an alternative card?

In this case the client will go to any branch and have another new card then call the customer service to complete the procedures or entering the website and activate the card.

12- Is the account of the missing card will be transfer to the alternative card?

Yes, but after contacting the customer service to activate and transfer the account after confirming that the information are correct, or through entering the website and fallowing the necessary steps for that.

13- Is there any purchasing discounts, sales or special offers that the Iktissab cards user get from al Othaim markets or other joined companies?

Yes there are always offers from al Othaim markets and special offers as well from the joined companies, which all be announce by the agreements with those joined companies.

14- What is quality of the new Iktissab card?

Receiving it is immediate through cashiers and the account is money not points, it also gives its holder privileges and special unique offers, as well as its safe and practical.

15- I have the old Iktissab card May I keep it and use it?

You may use it only to exchange your account of point after turned it in to purchases, and when your account finishes the old card will be invalid and you can't use it because the new card substitute for the old one.

16- How can I know my account of money after transferring it into points?

Each fifty point in your old account equal one riyal.

17- Is it possible that the client have more than one card all the same number for some family member or a friend?

No it is not possible, but he can have a card for every person whether family or a friend each with new membership number.

18- Can I benefit from the weekly discount offers in case I didn't join the Iktissab program?

You can’t benefit from the special offers, only the holders of Iktissab card can benefit from the offers and discounts.

19-The special discount clients, who are they?

Some clients can get a special discount according to a category approved from the company and they are as following:

Iktissab card gives a special discounts for the orphans, the special needs people, the martyrs families, Widows & Divorced and some Institutions and some Public & private & Charity sectors.

20- What are the terms for the special discount?

The client should provide Iktissab what prove his affiliation to any of those special discount categories and through the email, fax or by visiting Iktissab center.

21- I shopped at al Othaim markets and I forgot my Iktissab card, can I add my shopping bill to my Iktissab card later?

When you forget your card you can't at any way add or benefit from any of your purchases or add them to your account.

22-Can I return my money account of earned purchases when its validity time ended?

You can't ever return your money account of earned purchases when its validity time ended which is 36 month.

23- How can I know my account of earned purchases?

Either by calling Iktissab or through the website.

24- What is the mechanism of having the password?

When the client activates the card, and then will receive his password via text message on his mobile.

25-My I change the password?

Yes you my change it through the website or by contacting the call center.

When you buy the discounted items or the items with offers they will not be added as earned purchases, and they directly benefit from the offer because it’s only for Iktissab clients.

30- How can I know the items and the offers which have doubled points?

You only have to follow the weekly brochure of al Othaim markets and also the plate’s advice inside the markets or you can visit the website of Iktissab or can also contact the calling center.
